Veteran Boston-area 7-string guitarist Gerry Beaudoin was inspired in his youth by the sensibilities of Bucky Pizzarelli and the bluesy swing of Kenny Burrell, and has spent a career performing & recording with everyone from Pizzarelli to blues guitarist Ronnie Earl to J. Geils band namesake Jay Geils to newgrass mandolin innovator David Grisman. These days he’s focused on playing acoustic jazz originals and classics with his trio.
