On Thursday, January 26th, Greater Ashmont Main Street brought Lynn Switanowski of Creative Business Consulting Group for a workshop on using Social Media posts to drive business. The event was made possible through funding through the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development‘s Boston Main Street program.
The presenter, Lynn Switanowski, brought her decades of retail experience to provide ideas, tips, and strategies for engaging customers in the digital space by leading with a brand’s personality and becoming a resource for customers.
