The first half of April’s Fundraising & Events Meeting will be devoted to annual topics related to the Farmers Market. We are entering the 8th season strong, but still need our wonderful volunteers energy, opinions, and enthusiasm to make it the best market season yet.

Jerry will report on what vendors and musicians/artists have been secured for which dates by then (send recommendations for new vendors to programs@smams.org), we will finalize any needed changes for flyers and palm cards, pick some new merchandise to sell, and, of course, pick the new tshirt color!

You have been invited to this meeting because you are 1) on the Board of Directors, 2) on my list for the Events & Promotion Committee, or 3) on my list for the Farmers’ Market. If your energy is elsewhere at this time and you don’t want to receive these email invites, please just let me know.
